Proximity or contacless cards present an identical form to a conventional card, answering to norms ISO 7810. Its particularity inhabits exchanging data with the terminal through the association of two radio antennas, one is incorporated in the terminal and another one is inlaid on the card active component. In this way, the exchanged information is made long-distance, with a 10 centimetres distance of the reading rank, without being necessary direct physical contact between the card and the terminal.
